YEARLY GROUP COURSES SPREAD OVER 2 PERIODS

1. FEES AND COMMITMENT:

Group classes are organized weekly throughout the year over two defined periods: from September to the end of January and from February to the end of June. Enrolling in one of our courses requires the participant to commit for the entire period. They are therefore obligated to attend classes throughout the relevant period. If, for exceptional reasons, the participant must quit the course before its conclusion, they are asked to notify Archêus immediately. No refunds will be given, but the participant can resume the remaining lessons in a subsequent period, no later than the end of the school year following their registration.

2. COURSE PROCEDURE:

Group classes are organized for a minimum of 3 participants. If the number falls below this, we will offer alternatives in other existing groups. Students commit to logging in at the scheduled course time. Any delay cannot adversely affect the ongoing class or the one following it. The schedules will therefore be strictly adhered to.

3. HOLIDAYS AND SCHOOL VACATIONS:

Group courses run from September to the end of June and follow the school holidays scheduled in schools of the French Community of Belgium. A summary of class schedules is sent to you with the registration confirmation you receive upon payment of the registration fees. Archêus cannot be held responsible for a participant’s absence during class periods.

4. ABSENCES:

In the event of an absence due to health reasons or school/professional obligations, the student has the option to join another group of the same level to make up for the missed class, but only during the period for which they are registered. This makeup class is contingent upon prior notification of the absence and is subject to the availability of spots in the desired group. Absences for any other reason do not entitle the student to a makeup session.
